What you'll do

Work premium leads from your home office — applications-pending and qualified callbacks every Monday
Quote, present, and bind across 12+ A-rated carriers — life, IUL, term, mortgage protection
Use Wrangler OS to track every dial, quote, and issued policy in one place
Optionally mentor a junior producer 1-on-1 each week (override path)

What we expect

Active life license, 2+ years of phone-based production
Track record of $15k+/month ATB sustained for at least 6 months
Comfortable selling fully over the phone — no field, no driving, no in-home appointments
Coachable, hungry, and willing to put 5–6 hours/day on the phone
