What you'll do

  • Work our highest-intent lead segment: callback queues, applications-pending, transferred warm prospects
  • Close fast — average call-to-bind in our shop is 22 minutes for this lead segment
  • Operate at the top of the comp grid — 130–145% contract levels
  • Phone-only. No field, no driving, no client meetings

What we expect

  • 3+ years of phone-based life insurance production
  • Documented $25k+/month ATB at peak (we'll ask)
  • Active license with at least 5 carrier appointments already in place
  • Closer mentality — every dial is a binding opportunity
